Konsequenzen der Digitalisierung für Rechenzentren
Von Mi 26. bis Fr 28. Februar 2020 fand an der Universität Leipzig die ZKI-Frühjahrstagung 2020 zum Thema „Trends und Treiber" statt.
Am Donnerstag, den 27. Februar war Frau Dr. Tina Ladwig eingeladen einen Vortrag zum Thema zu „Konsequenzen der Digitalisierung für Rechenzentren Strategie-Struktur-Kultur am Beispiel der HOOU an der TUHH“ zu halten.
Abstract zum Vortrag
Digitalisierung hat nicht per se einen Einfluss auf Hochschulen und ihre Leistungsbereiche – es bedarf immer einer handlungsorientierten Interpretation dieses Phänomens durch die verschiedenen Hochschulangehörigen. So auch durch die Rechenzentren an den Hochschulen. Sie sind mehr denn je aufgefordert, eine Balance zwischen der Verfügbarkeit von Ressourcen an den Rechenzentren und den diversen an sie herangetragen Bedarfen aus Forschung, Lehre und Verwaltung in digitalen Zeiten Gestaltungsoptionen zu definieren. Dies bedeutet a) dass Rechenzentren auch ihre eigenen Rollen an den Hochschulen neu reflektieren und sich im Kontext der Hochschulentwicklung in digitalen Zeiten positionieren. Der Beitrag soll zum einen die Herausforderungen von Rechenzentren thematisieren und anhand von Erfahrungsberichten aus der HOOU an der TUHH zu möglichen Umsetzungswegen sensibilisieren.

The digital.learning.lab starts the next phase
The platform opens up and invites teachers to join in
Digital, interactive and open: Teachers can now publicly create and share their own teaching modules on the digital.learning.lab platform.
The digital.learning.lab was developed by the Institut für Technische Bildung und Hochschuldidaktik (ITBH) at the Technische Universität Hamburg (TUHH), the Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) and the Joachim Herz Stiftung.
Since the launch of the platform in September 2018, more than 180 building blocks have been downloaded and reused for teaching purposes at digitallearninglab.de. The offer ranges from instructions for the production of scientific podcasts to stop-motion videos for chemistry lessons and digital platforms for the joint development of short stories.
Now the platform opens and invites teachers from all over Germany to participate. Through the further development of digital.learning.lab, teachers can develop building blocks with teaching impulses and thus enter into an interactive exchange with each other. For quality assurance purposes, new content will be viewed by experts from the Hamburg School Authority and the TUHH.

First Mayor Tschentscher visits DigiNet.Air
Cooperation with companies started
On 09 October 2019, Hamburg's First Mayor Dr. Peter Tschentscher visited the "Network Digital Learning for the Aviation Industry of the Hamburg Metropolitan Region". In the project office in the Harburg inland port, the project team showed him how it supports small and medium-sized enterprises in particular in the development and implementation of change processes within the framework of digitisation and develops further training measures for future competence requirements.

The Institute for Technical Education and University Didactics (ITBH) at the TUHH develops and evaluates the didactic concept of the teaching and learning modules and has developed a procedure for analysing the educational needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in times of digital structural change and, building on this, for designing education modules that are appropriate for addressees.

digital.learning.lab at the Conference Education Digitisation 2019 in Berlin
Further developments of the digital.learning.lab
The Forum Bildung Digitalisierung invited interested parties from education practice, education policy, education administration, science and civil society to the conference Bildung Digitalisierung in Berlin on 12 and 13 September 2019. About 1,000 educational actors from all over Germany came together under the heading "Next Practice - Educational Innovations for Digital Change".

Prof. Sönke Knutzen and Ronny Röwert used the opportunity to discuss possible further developments of the digital.learning.lab in a Werkstattgespräch workshop with the teachers and other educational practitioners present. The digital.learning.lab, as a joint project with the German School and Vocational Training Authority and the Joachim Herz Foundation, provides teachers with impulses for digitally supported teaching. It combines open digital teaching modules, a comprehensive toolbox and trends with tips, practical examples and research findings on learning in digital times. In the workshop discussion, possibilities for motivating teachers to make more effective use of corresponding platforms were discussed. In addition, the tension between quality assurance by an editorial team and at the same time low-threshold access paths for teachers to upload new content was discussed. Subsequently, discussions were held to improve the integration and networking with other projects such as digiLL.Link this article
